Welcome to Ysgol Cynefin
Ysgol Cynefin is a BESD school for pupils who live within Cardiff. The school has two sites, the East site in Llanrumney and the West site in Fairwater, with a maximum of 36 pupils on each site (72 pupils in total). Pupils currently range from 7 to 11 years of age and all have an IDP. Pupils benefit from smaller class sizes and plenty of opportunities for different learning spaces within our school, including sensory rooms, life skills rooms and art rooms. We also believe our pupils learn outside the classroom so trips are regularly planned to give our pupils different experiences.
